Express Delivery Terms & Conditions

Express Delivery is a premium service designed to ensure fast and guaranteed delivery within 1 working day for major pin codes across India. This service is available at an additional charge, which will be calculated at checkout.

Express Delivery is available only on selected products and eligible pin codes.
Eligible products can be found under the “Express Delivery” menu and on the product details page.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for this option.
All Express Delivery shipments are sent via Air Parcel services such as Bluedart Air, DTDC Air, etc., to ensure timely delivery.
Delivery timelines are counted as working days (Monday–Saturday, excluding national holidays).

Service Commitment:

We guarantee that the first delivery attempt will be made within the committed time frame.
If the customer is unavailable during the first attempt, the Express Delivery guarantee no longer applies for subsequent attempts.
In rare cases such as natural disasters, local service disruptions, or state/national emergencies, delivery guarantees may not apply.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements:

Return, refund, or replacement requests will follow the same policy as normal delivery orders.
Express Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the delay is due to a wrong product or damaged product.
If Express Delivery is offered free of charge, no compensation or refund will be provided if the parcel does not reach within the committed time.
