2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

Online Payment Orders: Orders are usually dispatched on the same day or within 1 business day (excluding public holidays) after the payment is successfully received.

Cash on Delivery Orders: COD orders are dispatched on the same day or within 1 business day (excluding public holidays) after customer confirmation.

In case of any unexpected delay in dispatch, customers will be notified through the website, email, SMS, or a phone call.

3. Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver products within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the delivery location.

While SurgiNatal endeavors to deliver all products within max 7 business days, certain external factors may affect delivery timelines. These may include:

Courier delays
Transportation strikes
Weather conditions
Remote location constraints

Note: SurgiNatal shall not be held liable for any loss or expense incurred due to delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Partial Shipments

SurgiNatal reserves the right to deliver orders in partial shipments, depending on product availability.

Each installment shall be treated as a separate contract.

A delay or issue with one part of the order will not affect the validity or fulfillment of the remaining part(s).

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a customer fails to accept delivery of the order, SurgiNatal reserves the right to:

Cancel the order
Or, charge an additional shipping fee for re-attempting the delivery
